Shipping Policy

Shipping within the UAE
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.
- Free delivery is available for all orders above AED 100.
- For orders below AED 100, a small delivery fee will apply.
- All shipments are handled by trusted courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.
International Shipping
- International delivery is available to selected countries.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Return Conditions
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Any gifts or promotional items received with the order must also be returned in their original condition.
- Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened or used.
Refund Method
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed:
- For cash on delivery orders: the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- For online payments: the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Exchange Option
- Customers can exchange an item for another product of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
